    This matter comes before
    the Board upon
    a Motion to Withdraw
    Petition, filed April
    24,
    1989 by Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency).
    The Agency filed an Administrative
    Citation with
    the Board on March 17,
    1989.
    Respondent filed
    a
    Petition for Review with the Board
    on March
    31,
    1989.
    The Agency
    states
    in
    its motion that subsequent negotiations and
    investigation have resulted
    in a complete cleanup of
    the site and
    the Agency has concluded that the Respondent
    is not culpable for
    causing the open dumping.
    Therefore,
    the Agency moves to
    withdraw its Administrative Citation Petition in this cause.
    This motion
    is hereby granted and this matter
    is dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
