    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.D.
    Dunielle):
This matter comes before the Board upon the Board’s receipt
    of
    an Agency Recommendation filed November
    30,
    1988.
    The
    Recommendation
    sets forth
    the following pertinent facts.
    On November
    14,
    1988 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency)
    received
    a
    letter from Petitioner,
    Olin Hunt
    Specialty Products,
    Inc.,
    requesting
    a 30—day extension
    of the
    90—day limitation
    for on—site storage
    of hazardous wastes set
    forth
    at
    35
    Ill.
    Adin.
    Code 722.134(b).
    Upon review of the
Petition the Agency concluded that the hazardous wastes
    must.
    remain on—site for
    longer than
    90 days due
    to unforeseen,
temporary and uncontrollable circumstances and that compliance
    with
    the requirements of
    35 Ill.
    Adrn.
    Code 722.134(b) would
impose an arbitrary or unreasonable hardship upon Petitioner.
    Finally,
    the Agency urged
    this Board
    to grant the requested
    provisional variance.
The Board does hereby grant Petitioner, Olin Hunt Specialty
    Products,
    Inc.
    a 30—day extension of the 90—day on—site
    storage
    limitation of
    35 Ill.
    Adm.

    from November
    9,
    1988
    to December
    9,
    1988.
