On July 17,
1989,
the United City of the Village of
Yorkville (Yorkville)
filed a Motion for Expedited Decision
in
this matter.
Yorkville states that “it
is essential...to obtain
an expedited decision
in that
a large subdivision is currently
ready to install extensions of City water mains, and
to provide
service for model homes within the next
30 days”.
The Agency
filed
rio response to this motion.
Yorkville’s motion is granted
to the extent that the Board will render a decision in this
matter as expeditiously as possible, consistent with
the need to
attend to other matters of the Board’s pending caseload.
