    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a motion for
    extension of time filed on July 12, 1989 by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agency”).
    The Agency requests
    an extension
    until July 27,
    1989 to respond to Petitioner’s June
    30, 1989
    motion to accept filing as either
    a petition for
    Adjusted Standard or for a Site—Specific Rule.
    In support of
    it
    motion,
    the Agency states that it did not receive a copy of the
    petition (with attachments) and motion until July 7,
    1989.
    The Agency’s motion for extension of time
    is hereby granted
    until July 27,
    1989.
