    This matter

    for variance filed by petitioner Joliet Army Ammunition Plant.
    The petition
    ~or variance was not accompanied by the $75 filing
    fee required by new Section
    7.2 of
    the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Act.
    The petition
    is acceflted;
    however, petitioner
    shall
    file either the
    filing
    fee
    or
    a brief statement
    (with
    support)
    of any claim
    that the federal government
    is exempt from
    filing fees within
    21 days of the date of this order.
    If neither
    is filed within 21 days,
    the petition for variance will
    be
    subject to dismissal.
    The 120—day statutory decision period will
    not begin to run until
    the filing fee
    is paid,
    or until
    the Board
    finds
    that
    a filing fee
    is not necessary.
