    This matter comes

    the Board upon

    petition
    for variance
    filed by the Village of Hampshire
    (Village).
    The Village requests variance from certain
    of the
    Board’s public water supplies rules.
    Before the Board can accept
    this petition,
    more information
    is
    required.
    Specifically,
    the
    BoaLd requests information on the necessity
    of
    a three
    (3) year
    variance when the compliance method,
    the drilling of an
    additional well,
    has an estimated completion date of September
    16,
    1989.
    If an amended petition
    is
    not filed within
    45 days of the
    date of
    this Order,
    this proceeding will
    be subject
    to dismissal.
