    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency) filed
    a Motion
    to Withdraw
    its citation
    in this
    matter.
    In
    its motion,
    the Agency asserts that it was unable
    to
    serve
    the Respondent within 60 days after
    the date of the
    inspection upon which
    the citation
    is based.
    As
    a result,
    the
    Agency concludes
    that
    it
    is “unable
    to obtain jurisdiction
    over
    the Respondent”.
    The Agency’s motion
    is granted
    and this matter
    is dismissed.
