    Respondent, Donald
    Ropp,

    a Petition for Review on February 15,
    1989.
    The
    Agency states that the parties have negotiated
    a settlement and
    that the Agency has obtained
    a complete and satisfactory solution
    to all violations.
    Therefore,
    the Agency’s Motion to Dismiss
    this matter
    is hereby granted.
