    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On May 25, 1989
    the Board entered an order construing
    petitioner’s letter,
    received May 15,
    1989, as a petition for a
    variance.
    The Board noted that the petition was deficient in
    several respects including the failure
    to submit the requisite
    $75.00 filing fee
    (P.A. 85—1331
    (effective January
    1, 1989);
    Resolution 88—3).
    Consequently, the Board stated that petitioner
    had
    21 days from the date of the Order
    to submit the filing fee
    or the petition would be subject to dismissal.
    The filing fee
    was due to be filed no later than June
    15, 1989.
    Petitioner has
    failed to timely file the fee.
    Petitioner having failed
    to submit the $75 dollar
    filing fee
    within the
    21 days set forth in the Board’s Order
    of May 25,
    1989,
    the petition for variance is hereby dismissed.
