the Village of North Aurora filed an
amended petition for variance.
On page
7 of the amended
petition, North Aurora waives
its right to a hearing
in this
matter.
However,
the amended petition is deficient
in that
it
was not accompanied by an affidavit.
Unless an affidavit
is
filed within
45 days of the date of this Order, this matter will
be subject
to dismissal.
The statutory time periods for action required of the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the Board will
restart upon the date of North Aurorat
