    after

    “Illinois
    Attorney
    General’s office regarding this cause and other matters pertaining
    to the Respondent,” the Agency has decided that the administration
    citation process
    is
    not
    the
    appropriate
    method
    to
    address
    the
    violation
    in this cause.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion and this matter
    is dismissed.
