ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Marlin):

A hearing was held in this matter on June 12, 1989. At

hearing, the complainant introduced a draft of a Stipulation and

Proposed Settlement which, if accepted, would resolve all

controversies in this matter. The document introduced at hearing

was not signed. However, it was represented that the parties

would sign the document and forward the executed version to the

Board within three weeks. (R.l6).

As of today’s date, the Board has not received an executed

copy of the Stipulation and Proposed Settlement The parties are

hereby ordered to inform the Board as to the status of this

matter. Responses to this Order shall be filed by October 12,

1989.
