This matter comes before the Board upon a January 23, 1990

Motion for Extension of Time to Submit Comments filed by the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency

states that it has very recently become aware of possible

ramifications of the proposal which were not addressed at

hearing. The Agency therefore requests a 30 day extension of the

First Notice comment period. The Agencyts motion is hereby

granted.
