    This matter comes before the Board upon a Motion to Withdraw
    filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agencyt’)

    The Agency
    is requesting that the Board
    dismiss the administrative citation previously
    filed by the
    Agency because the Agency was unable to achieve service of the
    citation upon the respondent within the statutory 60—day
    deadline.
    The Agency’s motion to withdraw is hereby granted and
    this matter
    is dismissed.
