ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):

On August 30, 1990, the City of Genoa filed a petition for

variance from the public water supply rules, namely 35 Ill. Adm.

Code 602.105(a) and 602.106(b), but only to the extent those

rules involve 35 Iii. Mm. Code 604.301(a) radium. The Board

will hold this matter pending a recommendati.on from the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency.

The City of Genoa, in paragraph 27, page 8 of its petition,

requests that the Board incorporate certain testimony and

exhibits from the record of a prior proceeding, R85—14. That

request is denied. The Board will incorporate by reference prior

Board Opinions and Orders. Petitioner may “upon separate written

request” incorporate portions of the prior record by filing four

copies with the Clerk, consistent with the procedural rules at 35

Ill. Adm. Code 101.106.
