Petition for Variance and a motion to file limited copies of an

    Petitioner,
    on page
    2 of
    its petition,
requests that the Board incorporate the record from a prior
    variance proceeding, PCB 88—134.
    The Board will incorporate by

    in this prior
    proceeding, but will not incorporate

The Board notes that for purposes of calculation of the
    decision deadline pursuant
to Section 38 of the Act, the Board
will construe the filing of any such request as the filing of an
    amended petition restarting
    the Board’s 120 day deadline.
    The motion
    to file
    a limited number
    of copies of an exhibit
is hereby granted and the matter will be held for Recommendation
