    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Marlin):
    On September 28,
    1989,
    Moline Corporation (Moline), Kathy
    and Jeffrey Western
    (Western) and the Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency) filed a Joint Motion to
    Stay. Proceedings.
    In the
    motion the parties state
    that they have
    “reached an agreement
    to
    pursue negotiations
    in an effort
    to settle this matter”.
    As
    a
    result,
    the parties request
    “the Board stay all pending
    proceedings until
    further notice from any of
    the parties”.
    The Board will grant a stay.
    However,
    the parties shall
    inform the Board as
    to the status of their
    negotiations 90 days
    from the date of this Order.
    The joint motion
    is hereby granted.
