This matter comes before the Board on
a November

motion
to withdraw filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency
(“Agencyt’).
In support of
its motion the Agency states
the Respondent,
Jeannette Childs “is not culpable” and is
cooperating with authorities to contact the culpable party and
end the open dumping activities.
The Agency further states that
“under the circumstances,
this pollution problem is best handled
through
the St. Clair County State’s Attorneys Office working
with the local Sheriff.”
The Agency’s motion
to withdraw
is
hereby granted and this matter
is dismissed.
