    This matter comes before the Board on a September

    motion to withdraw filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (“Agencyt1).
    In support of
    its motion the Agency states
    that settlement negotiations have resulted
    in a “cleanup of the
    subject open dump,
    permanent closure and implementation of
    measures
    to prevent reoccurance of open dumping.”
    The Agency’s
    motion to withdraw
    is hereby granted and this matter
    is
    dismissed.
