There being no U.S. Environmental Protection Agency amendments

the corresponding federal Underground Injection Control rules

during the present update period, the Board hereby dismisses this

proceeding.

Examination of the Federal Registers for the period of July

1989 through December 29,

1989 discloses no federal amendments

to 40 CFR 400 through 499 during this period.

Therefore the

Board dismisses this docket without proposing any amendments to

its pretreatment rules.
