    This matter
    comes before the Board on a October
    23,
    1989
    motion to withdraw filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (“Agency”).
    In support of its motion the Agency states
    that settlement negotiations have resulted in a “cleanup of the
    subject
    9pen dump, permanent closure of the open dump and
    implementation of measures to prevent reoccurrence of open
    dumping.”
    The Agency’s motion to withdraw is hereby granted and
    this matter
    is dismissed.
