    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Marlin):
    This matter comes before the Board upon the filing of an
    Administrative Citation pursuant to Section 31.1 of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Act
    (Act).

    A petition for review was filed on July
    21,
    1989
    and a hearing was held on October 26,
    1989.
    On January
    25,
    1990,
    the Board found
    in Docket A of this case that the
    respondent had violated Section 21(q) (1)
    of the Act and imposed a
    civil penalty of $500.00.
    On March 20,
    1990,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    submitted an affidavit stating that no hearing
    expenses were incurred by the Agency.
    The Clerk of the Board
    filed an affidavit on January
    31, 1990 stating that it had
    incurred hearing costs of $629.37.
    Therefore, the total hearing
    costs to be assessed against the respondent are $629.37.
    This Opinion constitutes the Board’s finding of fact and
    conclusions of law in this matter.
    ORDER
    It is hereby ordered that within thirty days of the date of
    this Order,
    Dr. John Donovan shall, by certified check or money
    order, payable to the State of Illinois and designated for
    deposit into the General Revenue Fund,
    pay as compensation for
    hearing costs incurred by the Board, the amount of $629.37 which
    is to be sent to:

    Fiscal Service Division

    Springfield,
    Illinois 62706
