Petitioner states that because of poor communication between
itself and U.S.
Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command,
it
was unable to obtain the information necessary to its Motion for
Modifica~ion of Variance Order within the 35-day reconsideration
period.
Petitioner
also states that the Illinois Environmental
Protection
Agency
(Agency)
has
no
objection
to
the
proposed
modifications.
Petitioner
is
hereby
allowed
to
file
its
Motion
for
Modification Instanter.
However, the substance of the Motion for
Modification
will
not be
ruled upon until the Agency’s response
time has expired.
