    On December 1, 1989, petitioner moved for extension of its
    variance, due to expire December 31, 1989, until February,
    1990. Given the short extension sought, the Board will not
    docket this as a new petition. The Agency is requested to file a
    response on or before December 15, to allow for consideration of
    this request at the Board’s December 20 meeting.
