    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board on a Motion for Leave to
    File Response to Board Order Instanter filed by the City of East
    Moline (East Moline) on January 9, 1990. East Moline’s motion
    notes that under the terms of the Board’s November 15, 1989
    Order, it was to respond with additional information on or before
    December 30, 1989. East Moline states that because of the
    holiday season and the need to review records, it was unable to
    complete the response in the time provided. East Moline
    therefore requests that the Board accept its motion to file
    additional information.
    East Moline’s motion is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
