ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):

On December 13, 1989, Daniel and Helen Lorden (Complainants)

filed a Motion to Join Additional Parties. No timely response

was filed by the Sheridan South Condominium Association

(Respondent).

The Complainant initiated this motion in response to the

Respondent’s November 13, 1989, Answer to Complainants’ Motion to

Compel, which Answer raised the issue of property interests of

five owners of individual air conditioning units. We note. that

there is no indication that the five persons listed in the

instant motion have been given notice, and that there is no

identified property interest for one person so listed.

The Board hereby refers this matter to the Hearing Officer

for disposition, pursuant to the Board’s procedural rules, 35

Ill. Adm. Code 103.121(c).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
