    4, 1990 by Complainants. That same day Respondents filed a
    Motion for Extension of Time to file a motion to dismiss. The
    motion requests 28 additional days from October 1, 1990 to file a
    motion that the complaint is duplicitous or frivolous. The
    Respondents’ motion is granted. Respondents have until October
    29, 1990 to file the motion to dismiss.
