    1990,
    which
    called
    for setting a hearing if
    no settlement was reached within
    60 days.
    A hearing has not been set.
    The Board directs
    the parties to submit
    a status report to
    the Board by July 23,
    1990, which shall include an indication of
    when the parties will proceed
    to hearing on this matter.
