    (by R. Flemal):
    On June 7,
    1990,
the Board issued an order relinquishing its
    jurisdiction and closing the docket
    in this matter.
    The Board
also advised the City of Oglesby (“Oglesby”)
    that
    it could file a
    Motion
    for Reconsideration pursuant to
    35
    Ill. Adm. Code 101.300.
    On June 29,
    1990, Oglesby filed both
    a Motion
    for
Reconsideration and an Amended Petition with the Board.
    On July
    6,
    1990,
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Agency”)
    filed
    a
    “Motion to Extend Time
    to File a Response

    Motion
    for Reconsideration”,
    requesting that the Board grant
    it
    until July
    20,
    1990,
    to file
    its response.
    In support of its
    motion,
    the Agency states
that, due to the July 4th
    holiday,
members of its technical staff have scheduled vacations and that,
    as a result,
the earliest date that the staff can meet
    to review
    the case
    is on July
    13,
    1990.
    Oglesby has not filed
    a response
    to the Agency’s motion.
    In order
    for the Board
to make a fully informed decision
with regard to Oglesby’s Motion for Reconsideration,
    it grants
the Agency’s motion for extension of time and directs
    it to file
its response on or before July
