Company on March 29, 1990. The Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency filed its Response to Motion to Strike on April 9, 1990.

Because of the particular issue involved, on the Board’s own

motion, leave is granted to respondent to file a reply to be

received by the Board no later than 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 24,

1990.
