OF ILLINOIS,

(Enforcement)
DURACO, INC., a
Delaware Corporation,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Marlin)
On May 24, 1990, the Board cranted a motion by Duraco, Inc.,
(Duraco) to extend for 30 days the time in which to file an
answer to the complaint. Duraco, on June 15, 1990, filed a
motion requesting an additional 30 days in which to file an
answer. Duraco indicated that due to the age of the violations
and the fact that persons with the best knowledge of the
violations are out of the country until late June, Duraco is in
need of additional time. Duraco further stated that as the
hearing in this matter is not scheduled until September 1990,
this additional extension of time would not adversely impact the
progress of this matter. The Complainant did not file a response
to this motion.
The Board hereby grants Duraco’s motion for extension of
time in which to answer the complaint until July 16, 1990.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

Board, hçreby certify that the above Order was adopted on
