    Environmental Protection Act

    The proposal would set an emission rate for volatile
    organic material emissions from the paint deck operations of
    DMI’s Goodfield,
    Illinois plant.
    The Board accepts this proposal for hearing.
    This begins
    the calculation of time, pursuant
    to Section
    27 of the Act,
    during which the Board must determine whether
    or not an Economic
    Impact Study is necessary for the proposal.
