    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.
    Anderson):
    On June
    29,
    1990, the City of Oglesby
    (“Oglesby”)
    filed both
a “Motion for Reconsideration” and an “Amended Petition” with the
    Board.
    On July
    6,
    1990,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (“Agency”) filed
    a “Motion
    to Extend Time to File
    a
    Response to
    the City’s Motion for Reconsideration”,
    requesting
    that the Board grant
    it until July
    20,
    1990,
    to file
    its
    response.
    On July 19,
    1990,
the Board issued an order giving the
    Agency until July
    20,
    1990,
to file its response to the
    “Motion
    for Reconsideration”.
    On July 26,
    1990,
    the Agency filed a
    “Motion to File
    Instanter” and a “Request
    for Time
    to Review Petitioner’s Amended
    Petition.”
In the “Motion to File Instanter”,
    the Agency
    requests
    the Board to allow
    it
    to file the accompanying “Request
    for Time”
    instanter,
    if
    the Board construes the “Request
    for
    Time”
as the Agency’s response to the “Motion to
    Reconsideration”.
In the “Request for Time”, the Agency
    states
    that
it does not have an opinion as
    to whether Oglesby’s
    “Motion
    for Reconsideration” should be granted.
    The Agency then requests
    that the Board grant
    it additional
    time
    to review Oglesby’s
    “Amended Petition”
if the Board decides to grant Oglesby’s
    “Motion
    for Reconsideration”.
Oglesby has not filed a response
    to either document.
    Because Oglesby’s
    ‘Motion for Reconsideration” and “Amended
    Petition” are interrelated,
the Board will not rule on the
    “Motion
for Reconsideration” until the Agency reviews the
    “Amended Petition” and files
    a response
    in
    this matter.
    Accordingly,
    the Board will grant
    the Agency’s “Request for Time
    to Review Petitioner’s Amended Petition”.
    Because
    the Agency did
    not state when
    it would complete
    its review,
    the Board hereby
    directs
    the Agency
    to file
a response on or before August
    23,
    1990.
    IT
    IS SO ORDERED.
