This matter comes before
the Board

a September

motion
to
withdraw
complaint
and
dismiss
action
filed
by
the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
In support of
its motion the Agency states that an environmentally satisfactory
solution to the pollution problems has been negotiated,
that the
open dump has been cleaned up and closed,
and that measures have
been implemented to prevent a reoccurrence of open dumping.
The
Agency’s
motion
to
withdraw
is
hereby
granted.
The
Petition for Review filed in this matter is moot.
This docket is
closed.
