This matter comes before the Board on an November 2,

Complainant’s motion to voluntarily dismiss filed by the County

of Madison

(County).

In support of its motion the County states

that

it requests dismissal without prejudice to Complainant’s

right to file enforcement proceedings under Section 31(a)

of the

Act.

The Board has customarily allowed the Complainant in an

administrative citation proceeding to amend or withdraw,

in a

timely manner,

a Complaint as the Complainant sees fit to do.

The County’s motion is granted.

This matter

is dismissed.
