    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J Anderson):
    This matter comes before the Board on a motion to file
    variance recommendation instanter filed November 15, 1990 by the
    Illinois Environmental Protection agency (Agency). In Support of
    its motion to file its recommendation instanter, the Agency states
    that the recommendation was due to be filed November 9, 1990 and
    that “due to the press of other Agency business, the resources
    available to the Agency and delays resulting from state holidays
    ...“
    the Agency was unable to timely file its recommendation.
    The Agency’s motion to file the recommendation instanter is hereby
    granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
