    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This petition for review, filed on May 30, 2000, requests that the Board review an April
    21, 2000 Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) decision regarding petitioner’s
    facility located at 10800 West Belmont, Franklin Park, Cook County, Illinois. The Board
    accepts this matter for hearing.
    The petition for review was accompanied by a motion to allow an out-of-state attorney
    to appear
    pro hac vice
    on behalf of petitioner. Attorney David A. Gallogly, requests that he be
    allowed to appear before the Board on behalf of petitioner. Gallogly states that he is an
    attorney in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania and that he has represented petitioner in
    the past. The Board grants the motion to appear
    pro hac vice
    .
    Hearings shall be scheduled and completed in a timely manner pursuant to the applicable
    statutory decision deadline or as extended by waiver. The assigned hearing officer shall inform
    the Clerk of the Board of the time and location of hearing at least 40 days in advance of hearing
    so that a 30-day public notice of hearing may be published. Unless otherwise ordered by the
    hearing officer, the Agency shall file its recommendation for disposition of the petition within
    30 days of filing of this petition. See 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.180.
