    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    On February 1, 1991, the Village of Gardner (“Gardnert1)
    filed a petition for variance from 35 Iii. Adm. Code 602.105(a),
    “Standards for Issuance’t and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 602.106(b),
    “Restricted Status”. Gardner also filed a motion for leave to
    file only three copies of Exhibits E and F with its petition.
    Because the exhibits are voluminous, the Board grants the motion.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
