    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B.
    Forcade):
    On May
    11,
    1989,
    the Board
    ordered this matter
    to hearing
    following remand
    from the
    First
    District Appellate
    Court.
    On
    November
    29,
    1990,
    the Board entered an additional
    order noting
that no activity had occurred and that the case was over
    a year
    past remand.
That order required all hearings to be completed not
    later than May 28,
    1991.
Due to certain fiscal constraints, the Board has been forced
    to
    cancel
    or
    reschedule
    certain
    hearings
    this
    fiscal
    year.
    Therefore,
on its own motion, the Board reconsiders and modifies
the date by which hearings must be completed in this proceeding.
The hearing officer is requested to consult with the Clerk of
    the Board
on when hearings can be scheduled and to schedule and
complete such hearings as soon as
    possible.
    However,
    all
    such
hearings shall be completed not later than July 12,
    1991.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I,
    Dorothy N.
    Gunn,
    Clerk
    of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted on the
    It~-t’
