    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter
    comes
    before
    the Board
    on
    respondent
    Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) motion for stay pending
    appeal filed April 3,
    1991.
    By the instant motion, the Agency asks
    that,
    pending appeal, the Board stay its October 25,
    1990 opinion
    and order upholding the Agency’s denial of Centralia Environmental
    Services’ permits but finding that several of the denial
    reasons
    given
    by
    the
    Agency
    were
    invalid.
    Consistent
    with
    its
    past
    practices, the Board hereby denies the Agency’s motion for stay.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
