    This matter comes before the Board on the Attorney General’s
    Motion for Entry of Final Order filed on March 11,
    1991.
    The
    Attorney General requests that the Board either rule on its April
    28,
    1989 motion for entry of a final order or enter a final order
    against the respondent consistent with the Interim Order of March
    24,
    1988.
    The Board
    rules on the motion as follows:
    we note
    that Elizabeth Street Foundry is still pursuing an adjusted
    standard (AS 89—2); however, our order of April
    11,
    1991 will
    close
    the docket on the current adjusted standard petition.
    Therefore, unless the Respondent files a new petition for an
    adjusted standard by June
    14,
    1991,
    the Board will enter a final
    order
    in this docket.
