ORDER OF THE BOARD

On December 3,
1990 City of Ottawa
(“Ottawa”)
filed a motion
for Modification of the Board’s August 4,
1988 Order.
Ottawa
moves the Board to modify the date for completion of Phase
I of
its sewer separation program, contained in Condition 2(a)
of the
August 4,
1988 Order.
Ottawa requests a one—year extension of
the date to December 1,
1991.
The motion lists various reasons
for the extension.
On December 19,
1990,
the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency
(“Agency”)
filed its reply to the
motion for modification, stating that it believes Ottawa has
demonstrated good faith in construction completed thus far on the
Phase I project.
The Agency also joined in the motion for
modification, requesting the Board to grant the motion.
The Motion for Modification is hereby granted.
The
completion date listed in Condition 2(a) of the Board’s August 4,
1988 Order is extended to
December 1,
1991.
