of the

Environmental Protection Act

(Act), the Board would normally

propose amendments to the Underground Injection Control

(UIC)

regulations semi—annually.

However,

the Board reserved this

docket for USEPA amendments during the period from September

1

through December 31,

1990; the prior UIC update included the

federal amendments through August 31,

1990.

USEPA did not amend

its UIC rules during the period from September

1 through December

31,

1990.

For the foregoing reasons, the Board hereby dismisses this

proceeding.
