    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    On June 14,
    1990, the Attorney General
    filed a complaint
    against Respondent on behalf of the People of the State of
    Illinois alleging violations of Environmental Protection Act and
    the Board regulations.
    On September
    14, 1990 a hearing was held
    at which time the parties
    stated their
    intent to enter into a
    stipulation and settlement agreement.
    The parties agreed to file
    an executed stipulation with the Board no later
    than October
    4,
    1990.
    As of this date,
    no such stipulation has been filed.
    The parties are hereby directed to file a signed and
    executed stipulation with the Board no later
    than November
    26,
    1990 or
    this matter will be set for hearing on the merits.
