    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
    On May 13, 2002, petitioner Moline/Dutchway Cleaners filed a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss this action without prejudice against the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency). The Agency has indicated to the hearing officer that it will not respond to the
    motion. The motion is granted, and this matter is dismissed.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
