    1991, George Weber Chevrolet filed an appeal

    an underground
    storage tank
    fund reimbursement determination
    made by the Agency
    on January
    8,
    1991.
    This
    filing,
    made
    some
    eight months after the Agency decision,
    is well outside the 35 day
    appeal period prescribed by Section 28.l8b of the Act.
    The parties
    are directed to address the issue of the Board’s jurisdiction to
    hear this
    appeal,
    particularly
    in light
    of the recent
    ruling
    in
    Kevin Holmes v.
    Aurora Police Pension Fund
    Board of Trustees,
    et
    ~
    No. 2—90-1432
    (2d Dist.
    slip op. August
    9,
    1991).
    The parties
    are directed to make any appropriate
    filings
    in such manner that
    they are received in the Board’s offices on or before October 22,
    1991.
