    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On August 8,
    1991, the Board entered a final Opinion and Order
    in this matter.
    On September 12,
    1991, the Board entered an Order
    noting the absence of post—adoption comment,
    correcting the name
    of
    an
    incorporated
    document
    to
    conform with
    the
    actual
    title
    received, and directing that the rules be filed and published.
    In
    the process of preparing the rules for filing and publication, the
    staff has noted some minor errors in the text o~fthe rules, which
    the Board will correct by this Order.
    Punctuation needs to be corrected, and “and” needs to be moved
    in
    the
    final
    subsections
    of
    Section
    721.l04(b)(7),
    so
    as
    to
    properly maintain the structure of the subsection following removal
    of subsection
    (b) (7) (U).
    The text in the Order is revised to read
    as follows:

    In addition, the Board notes that, after it adopted the Final
    Opinion
    in this matter,
    it received PC

    from USEPA,
    Region
    V,
    indicating that USEPA had no comments and that the proposed rules
    met USEPA standards.
    The full text of the adopted rules will be filed and published
    as modified.
