    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.C. Marlin):
    On
    June
    17,
    1991,
    the
    Respondent
    filed
    a
    status
    report
    indicating
    that
    the
    Respondent
    anticipates
    that
    a
    settlement
    agreement will be filed in this matter in 30 days.
    This is not the
    first time the parties have indicated that a settlement agreement
    would be filed
    in this
    case.
    Therefore,
    the Board directs the
    parties to file such settlement agreement by July 17, 1991.
    If the
    parties
    fail to file the settlement agreement,
    the Board directs
    the Hearing Officer to set this matter for hearing on the merits
    within 30 days of July 17,
    1991 and to conclude all such hearings
    no later than October 17,
    1991.
