    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    On March
    29, 1991,
    the Illinois Environmental Regulatory
    Group
    (IERG) moved to dismiss this regulatory proceeding.
    On
    April
    9,
    1991,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) filed
    a
    response concurring with IERG’s motion.
    Before taking action on this matter,
    the Board requests
    comments from the Department of Energy and Natural Resources
    (DENR),
    including its Hazardous Waste and Information Center
    (HWRIC).
    The R88—8 docket was opened
    in large measure because of
    the record developed in the R88—7 landfill proceedings.
    The
    record
    in R88—7 indicated a need for identifying the location and
    certain other information regarding onsite treatment, storage and
    disposal activities.
    We feel DENR’s comments would be especially
    helpful
    in light
    of
    the EcIS in R88—7 and HWRIC’s data gathering
    interest expressed earlier
    in this R88—8 proceeding.
    Such comments should be submitted by June
    3,
    1991,
    so that
    we do not unduly delay action on IERG’s motion and the Agency’s
    response.
