    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board on its own motion.
    The
    hearing
    officer
    in this matter
    has advised the Board
    that
    the
    parties
    settled
    this case
    some time
    ago.
    The hearing officer
    further
    advised
    the
    Board
    that
    the
    Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency) had previously been informed that this
    Board required a motion to close the case.
    The Agency is hereby ordered to either file the appropriate
    motion to have this case closed or proceed to hearing as ordered
    by the Board.
    The Agency’s motion must be in the Board’s office
    no later than July 22,
    1991.
    If the Agency fails to file its
    motion,
    the Board directs the hearing officer to set this matter
    for hearing on the merits within 30 days of July 25,
    1991, and to
    conclude all such hearings no later than September 25,
    1991.
